The Coaching Process

Sessions 1-2

  • Review and discuss initial questionnaire and coaching goals.

  • Get clear on where you are and where you want to be.

  • Co-create a plan of action to help you reach your goals.

Sessions 2+

  • Dive deeper into the areas you’d like support.

  • Choose action steps that resonate and are aligned with your values.

  • Learn and iterate the plan as needed.

Final Session:

  • Look back on how far you have come.

  • Create a plan for staying on track.

  • Celebrate success!
