Feel Good Parenting: Small Group Coaching & Support
AN 8-WEEK SMALL GROUP COACHING EXPERIENCE FOR PARENTS RAISING NEURODIVERGENT KIDS
Parenting a neurodivergent child can bring so much love, meaning, stress, and mental load.
This group is a space to pause, connect with others, and build emotional well-being skills that support you.
Weekly on Zoom | 8 weeks | Small group format
8 Weeks of Support, Growth, and Connection
Each week builds on the one before it, helping you develop practical skills to better understand yourself, navigate challenging moments, and show up in ways that feel more intentional and supportive.
-
Get to know the group, reflect on where you are right now, and consider what you hope to gain from the weeks ahead. Together, we’ll create a supportive space for learning, experimenting, sharing, and growing.
-
Learn to notice and name your emotions with greater clarity and curiosity. We’ll explore how emotions show up in the body, what they can tell us about our thoughts and patterns, and how greater awareness can help us pause and respond more intentionally—rather than simply react.
Core idea:We can't change what we don't notice.
-
Learn practical ways to recognize when emotions are becoming overwhelming, regulate your nervous system, and make space for difficult feelings. We’ll practice simple tools that can help you respond more intentionally—even in the challenging moments of parenting.
Core idea: We can't always control what happens, but we can build our capacity to navigate difficult moments.
-
Learn to notice the thoughts and stories that shape how you feel and respond. We’ll practice stepping back from unhelpful thinking patterns, considering different perspectives, and developing a more flexible way of approaching challenging parenting moments.
Core idea: Our thoughts influence how we feel and respond—but our thoughts aren't always facts.
-
Explore the values that matter most to you and how they can serve as a compass in parenting and everyday life. We’ll look at ways to bring those values into the choices you make—even when parenting feels difficult, stressful, or uncertain.
Core idea: When we know what matters to us, we have something to move toward.
-
Explore how sleep, routines, and everyday habits can support your energy and emotional well-being. We’ll identify small, realistic ways to create more space for what restores and grounds you—so you have more capacity for yourself and the people who matter to you.
Core idea: Taking care of ourselves helps create the capacity to show up the way we want to.
-
Explore what meaningful support looks like for you and how to cultivate relationships that help you feel understood and supported. We’ll also practice communicating needs more clearly and confidently, while making space for the needs of others.
Core idea: We aren't meant to do everything alone.
-
Reflect on what you’ve learned, recognize what has shifted, and identify the tools and practices you want to carry forward. We’ll celebrate progress and create a personal plan for continuing to build on what matters most to you.
