Coaching for Teens Who Feel Stressed & Overwhelmed

Practical support for organization, motivation, time-management, emotion regulation, and everyday life

Does This Sound Familiar?

“I’m constantly reminding him what he needs to do.”

“They wait until the last minute.”

“She’s smart, but she can’t seem to get started.”

“Every assignment feels overwhelming.”

Your teen may not need more reminders.

They may need help figuring out what gets in the way — and what actually works for them.

COACHING IS DIFFERENT

As a coach, I won’t be another adult telling your teen what they should be doing. Instead, I use an evidence-based behavioral health coaching approach that is collaborative, strengths-based, and motivating.

We start by getting curious. What does your teen want to be different? What’s already working? Where are they getting stuck? What motivates them, and what barriers are getting in the way?

From there, we focus on specific behaviors and small, realistic changes—helping your teen discover strategies that work for them and build greater confidence and independence along the way.
